Once an order has been placed, it CANNOT be changed or canceled.

I am NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.

*PROCESSING TIMES/TURN AROUND TIMES*

turn around times can be anywhere from 6-20 business days depending on the month and what I have going on  check the banner at the top of the website for a more accurate time frame for each month.

Please remember, i am a one woman show. I do everything myself, so my processing times may be longer than others.
When ordering items that need to be bleached, we are dependent on the weather. Rainy/Cloudy days will delay production times on bleached items and can take up to 2-3 weeks to make. Each bleached item is unique, they will not all look the same.
Please understand delays for bleached items do happen often, because we cannot bleach in cloudy/rainy weather. If you order an item that you’re wanting by a certain date and it will not arrive in time, we can replace it with something else you’d like.
Tracking number will be sent to you once label is printed if you provide your email.
Once the package is in usps possession and out of our hands, usps is fully responsible for the package.
Call them with your tracking number for any concerns or questions.
